How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free within Australia for all orders over $100. Flat rate of $4.99 for orders under $100.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders will be sent the next business day. As we are based in Sydney, delivery times will vary depending on your location (you can track your order with the tracking details). During busy periods, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed.
We ship our orders via Australia Post.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Currently we only ship to Australian customers, however, contact us at email@example.com if you need something sent internationally.
How do you manage refunds and returns?
Whilst we hand pack and put a lot of care into your order, we understand there may be times when you have accidentally ordered the wrong product or a product is not what you expected. Be sure to check the ingredients tab on our website before purchasing to check for any additions you may be sensitive to.
Please note, we can only accept a return or exchange on unopened products in its original packaging. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To request a refund, please email us at email@example.com. Please include your full name, address, and order number to help us efficiently process your request. If approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please allow 7 to 10 days for this payment to appear in your account. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have not received your refund payment after 10 days.
How do you manage Lost/stolen packages?
Unfortunately, we do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent out or returned to us. If your parcel is missing, we will work with the courier company to try and resolve and locate the parcel. Please check that your address is correct when ordering, as we cannot accept responsibility or refund if an item has been returned to us due to this issue. We will contact you and ask for the correct address to arrange re-delivery if the parcel is returned to us at standard shipping costs.
